    Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas is available but customers who live in these regions must let us know and also be aware their delivery times may be longer (up to 5 working days). Also please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.

    Please let us know (residential address only) if you havent received the item within 48 hours we are happy to offer assistance and advice where possible. This makes it easier when trying to locate a missing parcel.

    Pick up is available within or outside business hours including public holidays and weekends. We also can offer delivery in the Auckland region as one of our team is always out and about so prompt delivery can be arranged to you or a workshop / mechanic.

  • Where possible please give us as much information about your vehicle or the part you require to ensure that you will receive the right part.

    Your purchase is covered by a minimum of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However our warranty on some parts does extend past the normal 12 month period.

    If you have an issue with a part supplied please contact us, we will be more than happy to talk over any issues and come to a solution that suits both parties. If we have supplied a part that we have said fits and it doesnt we will cover the cost of returning the incorrect item and endevour to supply the correct part at no further cost to you. We do however exercise our right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee if the part was purchased and incorrect for the vehicle without first checking.
